Odin Holsters Limited Lifetime Warranty

At Odin Holsters, we build our custom Kydex rigs to endure the toughest environments and the most demanding training cycles. We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Odin-manufactured holsters and mag carriers.

What is Covered
This warranty applies strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. We warrant that our holsters will be free from defects in materials, molding, and workmanship for the operational lifetime of the product. If your holster shell cracks, breaks, or fails under normal use conditions due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our sole discretion.

What is NOT Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
To protect our business from bad actors, this warranty features strict exclusions. The following items and scenarios are completely uncovered:

Hardware, Clips, and Loops: Screws, spacers, washers, belt clips, loops, and ModWings are consumable wear-and-tear items. We use premium hardware, but screws can back out if not properly checked with thread-locker. Lost or worn hardware is not covered. Replacement hardware kits are available for purchase on our site.

Abuse, Misuse, and Neglect: We do not cover damage resulting from intentional destruction, vehicle accidents, extreme heat exposure (e.g., leaving Kydex in a baking vehicle), improper storage, or using the holster for anything other than its intended defensive purpose.

Loss or Theft: This warranty covers product failure, not loss of property. We are not responsible for holsters or attached gear that are lost or stolen.

Aftermarket Modifications: If you heat up, cut, dremel, or permanently alter your holster shell to fit an unapproved light, optic, or aftermarket firearm modification, your warranty is completely voided.

Cosmetic Wear: Scuffs, scratches, or pattern fading resulting from standard drawing, holstering, and daily friction are normal signs of hard use and do not affect structural integrity.

How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your holster has suffered a structural or manufacturing failure:

Stop Using It: Cease using the holster immediately to ensure safety.

Contact Us: Email our support team at customer.service@odinholstersllc.com with your original order number.

Provide Proof: Include clear photos or video demonstrating the issue so our team can evaluate the claim.

If your claim is approved, we will issue instructions for returning the item, and we’ll get a functional, reliable rig back in your hands to keep you protected.

Pro-Tip for Your Carry Setup: We highly recommend checking your holster hardware assembly regularly. A tiny drop of medium (blue) thread-locker on your retention and clip screws ensures your rig stays completely secure during high-intensity training movements.

*(Matchweight holsters do not come with a warranty, due to extreme weight, stress and likely misuse of firearm and holsters together). Please note: we will be working on discontinuing matchweight holsters due to Matchweight and HK Compensators proving to cause damage to firearm frames, and no longer support frame mounted compensators. 

 

Cancellation Fee 

We charge a 15% cancellation fee on all custom orders. If we have already started building the holster you cannot cancel the order. Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. 

 

Shipping Policy

If you are experiencing issues with package tracking or delivery, please contact the shipping service directly for the most detailed and up to date information. Odin Holsters LLC is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any instance of a lost or damaged package must be resolved through the shipping provider.

 

Once a product is scanned into the USPS system all issues are to be filed through USPS claims for lost or stolen goods.

 

If you receive notification that a package was delivered but the product is not at the delivered location, please take up further grievances with your local Post Office and provide them with the tracking information provided by Odin Holsters.

If you provide us with the incorrect address we are not responsible for any lost or missing items. 

We recommend using UPS since they have the best track record. We currently do not offer local pickup, even if you live across the street. Thanks for your understanding. 

Do not leave delivery instructions in note area of your order, as this is used for us with your holster build and the shipping carrier will not see the note. We are not the ones who deliver the packages and the delivery instructions are not applied to us. 

 

Return Policy

Returns: There are absolutely no returns or exchanges for Custom Holsters due to the build selection or ordering the wrong thing, you are responsible for the selections you make. We build all custom holsters from the ground up to customers wishes and do our best to get the fit right. For major issues please email us with questions.  We have to right to charge any re-stocking fee deemed necessary. 

PLEASE NOTE: **While we do allow customers to build holsters from the ground up using any specifications wanted, not all combinations (belt loop/clips) are comfortable. 

*We are not responsible for you mishandling your firearm, or any safety issues you violate while handling YOUR firearm. We recommend that everyone seek good firearms training and hold themselves accountable for their own actions.*
