Unlike completely flat rigs that can create uncomfortable pressure points, we built the Appendix Plus with a subtle, modest curve. This intentional geometry allows the holster to mold naturally to a much broader range of body types, keeping your firearm tucked tight against your frame. Equipped with a concealment-enhancing Modwing and dual clips of your choice, this rig distributes weight perfectly across your belt for a rock-solid, zero-movement anchor.

  Crucial Ordering & Sizing Notes

  Compensator & Sizing Guide:

  • Standard Thread-on Comps: Compensators will not be fully covered by the holster body. For standard setups, we will open-cut and trim the muzzle so the compensator can pass through cleanly. You must leave a note at checkout if you run a comp.

  • Flush-Fit/Slide-Match Comps: If you are running a setup where the compensator sits flush with the slide profile (for example, a Sig P320 Compact with a compensator that brings it to Full-Size length), you can size up your order. Ordering the Full-Size model means your flush-fit comp will be completely enclosed and covered by the holster.

  • Threaded Barrels: If your firearm model comes standard from the factory with a threaded barrel (Tactical variants), your holster will automatically feature an open-cut bottom to allow it to pass through.

  • Aftermarket Modifications: Please leave a detailed note at checkout if your setup features aftermarket extended light switches, oversized magazine releases, or custom slide controls.
